Radfords has been making fudge since the 1950s and has moved factory 4 times; on each occasion it has found bigger and better premises to manufacture an ever increasing range of fudge and confectionery.
Radfords of Devon started life in the seaside town of Salcombe, and a boom in tourism led to the business growing and its reputation for quality became well established. Radfords of Devon continued to grow a reputable supply of fudge throughout the South Hams. The factory is now situated in a picturesque location in the small rural Somerset village called Stoke-Sub-Hamdon.
With over 70 years of heritage, Radfords continues to use traditional methods, cooking our fudge on copper pots with a slow gentle stirring process to produce consistent, great tasting fudge every time. Our slow cooling process gives our gourmet fudge time to cure and brings out the depth of flavour that our customers love and expect.
